01 /Agreement to These Terms

By using jobunlockr.com — connecting your LinkedIn, uploading your resume, or paying for the Auto Apply Bot or any other service — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02 /What JobUnlockr Provides

JobUnlockr is an AI-powered platform that helps Indian job seekers land jobs faster. We offer:

• The Auto Apply Bot (our main product) — Once you connect your LinkedIn and set your preferences, the bot automatically applies to matching jobs on your behalf, sends connection requests to recruiters and HRs, comments on hiring posts to keep you visible, and saves external jobs to your dashboard for you to finish.
• A free ATS resume score — Check how your resume performs against Applicant Tracking Systems, free.
• A resume + LinkedIn fix (paid) — AI rewrites your resume to be ATS-ready and optimizes your LinkedIn profile.

What JobUnlockr is NOT

• We are not a job board, recruiter, or placement agency.
• We do not guarantee you a job, an interview, a callback, or any specific number of applications, connections, or responses. We act on your behalf to apply and network — but hiring decisions are always made by employers, not us.

03 /Pricing & Payment

Free ATS Score

Checking your ATS score is completely free. No payment, no card needed.

The Auto Apply Bot — ₹449 (one-time, 300–500 applications)

A single, one-time payment for a pack of 100 job application credits. This is not a subscription. We will never auto-charge you or bill you monthly. When your credits run out, you can choose to top up with another pack. Credits do not expire.

• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card or banking details.
• The ₹449 price is current as of the effective date above and may change for future customers. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Application volume (around 20–25 per day) depends on how many real, matching openings exist for your preferences. We don't guarantee a fixed daily number.

The Resume Fix — ₹89 (one-time)

A separate one-time paid product. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

04 /Refund Policy

Auto Apply Bot (₹449): Because this is a digital service that begins acting on your behalf once activated, the fee is refundable within 2 days of purchase only if the bot has not been activated and no credits have been used. Once the bot starts applying on your behalf, the fee is non-refundable.

Resume Fix (₹89): Because your fixed resume and LinkedIn content are generated and delivered instantly, this fee is generally non-refundable once your fix has been generated.

In all cases, if you experience a genuine technical failure on our side — for example, you were charged but the service failed to deliver — email hello@jobunlockr.com within 7 days and we'll either fix it or refund you. We sort real problems out fairly.

05 /Authorizing the Auto Apply Bot (Important)

When you connect your LinkedIn account and activate the bot, you authorize JobUnlockr to act on your behalf inside your LinkedIn session — to apply to jobs, send connection requests, and comment on hiring posts, based on the preferences you set.

You understand and agree that:

• You are authorizing this automation on your own LinkedIn account, voluntarily.
• Automated activity may be against LinkedIn's own Terms of Service. While the bot is designed to operate carefully and at human-like pace to minimize any risk, we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict, limit, or suspend your account, and JobUnlockr is not liable if it does.
• You can disconnect the bot at any time, which immediately revokes its access.
• You are responsible for the preferences you set and for ensuring the information used in your applications is true and accurate.

If you are not comfortable with automation operating on your LinkedIn account, do not connect it or activate the bot.

06 /How You May Use JobUnlockr

When you use JobUnlockr, you agree to:

• Connect only your own LinkedIn account and upload only your own resume — not someone else's
• Provide accurate information
• Use the service for genuine personal job-seeking purposes only
• Not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the JobUnlockr platform
• Not abuse, spam, or overload the service

07 /What Our AI Does — and Its Limits

JobUnlockr uses AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to match jobs, tailor applications, and analyze and rewrite resume and LinkedIn content.

Please understand:

• AI-driven matching and applications are automated best efforts, not guarantees of relevance or outcome.
• The ATS score is an informed estimate based on common ATS criteria. No tool can perfectly predict every company's ATS or a recruiter's personal judgment.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness of your resume and the information used in your applications. Never let AI add skills, experience, or qualifications you don't actually have.
• JobUnlockr is not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or any consequences of information you choose to include.

08 /Your Data

How we collect, use, store, and delete your data is fully explained in our Privacy Policy (jobunlockr.com/privacy). The short version: we never see or store your LinkedIn password, Auto Apply Bot data is kept only while your credits are active, Resume Fix uploads auto-delete within 24 hours, we never sell your data, and you can request deletion anytime.

By using JobUnlockr, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

09 /Intellectual Property

All technology, software, design, branding, copy, and content on jobunlockr.com and within the JobUnlockr platform is owned by JobUnlockr. These Terms don't give you any ownership rights in our platform.

The resume and LinkedIn content we generate for you is yours to use freely for your own job search.

10 /Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• JobUnlockr's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in connection with that claim.
• We are not liable for lost job opportunities, missed interviews, rejections, or any career or financial outcome.
• We are not liable for any restriction, limitation, or suspension of your LinkedIn account resulting from the bot's activity, which you have authorized.
• We are not liable for downtime or interruptions caused by third-party providers (Anthropic, our hosting/infrastructure providers, or our payment provider).
• We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11 /Service Availability

We aim to keep JobUnlockr running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. There may be occasional maintenance or technical interruptions. If the service is down when you try to use it, please try again shortly or contact support.

12 /Termination

You can stop using JobUnlockr anytime — disconnect your LinkedIn account and the bot's access is revoked immediately. Credit packs are one-time, so there's no subscription to cancel.

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who:

• Uses the service for unlawful purposes
• Connects an account that is not their own
• Attempts to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Abuses, spams, or harms the service or our team

13 /Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We'll always try to resolve issues informally first. Before any legal action, please email us at hello@jobunlockr.com and give us 30 days to make it right.

14 /Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is significant we'll make it clearly visible on the site. Continuing to use JobUnlockr after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
