01 /Agreement to These Terms

By accessing jobunlockr.com or using any JobUnlockr service — connecting your LinkedIn, uploading your resume, or paying for the Auto Apply Bot or any other product — you accept these Terms of Service as a binding agreement. If you do not agree to every provision, do not use the service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobUnlockr and supersede any prior communication, representation, or marketing statement.

02 /What JobUnlockr Provides

JobUnlockr is an AI-powered automation platform for Indian job seekers:

• The Auto Apply Bot (main product) — applies to matching jobs on your behalf, sends connection requests to recruiters and HRs, comments on hiring posts, and saves external jobs to your dashboard.
• A free ATS resume score.
• A paid resume + LinkedIn fix.

What JobUnlockr is NOT — and what we never promise

• We are not a job board, recruiter, or placement agency.
• We do not guarantee — and nothing on our website, ads, or communications shall be read as guaranteeing — a job, an interview, a callback, a response, or any specific number of applications, connections, engagements, or outcomes. All figures published anywhere by JobUnlockr (including "300–500 applications") are indicative estimates only, dependent entirely on market conditions, your profile, your preferences, and the availability of matching openings.
• Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. JobUnlockr bears no responsibility whatsoever for any hiring outcome.

03 /Pricing, Payment & Service Period

Free ATS Score — free, no payment required.

The Auto Apply Bot — ₹449 (one-time payment · 30-day service period)

• Your one-time payment activates a 30-day service period counted strictly from the date of payment. The period runs continuously and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred for any reason, including delays on your side in providing credentials, preferences, or resume, or interruptions caused by LinkedIn or other third parties.
• This is not a subscription. No auto-charge, no renewal. When the 30-day period ends, the service ends automatically and completely. Continued use requires a fresh purchase at the then-current price.
• Application volume depends entirely on real matching openings for your preferences. No fixed daily or total number is promised or owed.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. All payments are final upon processing, subject only to Section 04.
• Prices may change at any time without notice. The checkout price is the price you pay.

04 /Refund Policy (Sole and Exclusive Remedy)

Auto Apply Bot (₹449)

A refund is available in one situation only: if JobUnlockr is unable to fix a genuine service issue. The following process is your sole and exclusive remedy for any issue or dissatisfaction with the service:

1. You must report the specific issue in writing to hello@jobunlockr.com during your active 30-day service period, with a clear description of the problem (screenshots or error messages help us fix it faster). Vague dissatisfaction ("not happy", "not working for me") without a specific, verifiable issue does not qualify.
2. JobUnlockr will investigate and work to resolve the issue in good faith. Resolution may take several fix attempts, and JobUnlockr is entitled to a reasonable opportunity and reasonable time for each attempt. A refund cannot be demanded while fix attempts are in progress.
3. Whether an issue constitutes a genuine service defect, whether it has been resolved, and whether it can be resolved, is determined by JobUnlockr in its sole discretion, acting in good faith.
4. Only if JobUnlockr determines that a genuine service defect cannot be fixed will a full refund of ₹449 be issued to your original payment method, within 5–7 business days of that determination.

Absolutely no refund — under any circumstances — for:

• Dissatisfaction with volumes — the number of jobs applied, jobs saved, connection requests sent, or posts engaged. Every figure published by JobUnlockr (including "300–500 applications") is an estimate only, never a guarantee. Actual volumes depend entirely on factors outside our control: how well your system/phone supports the application, your internet speed, your targeted job role, and your filters (location, salary range, seniority level, and similar). Lower-than-expected volume is not a service defect and is never refundable.
• Not receiving a job, interview, callback, or any response from employers
• Restriction, limitation, or suspension of your LinkedIn account (a risk you expressly accepted under Section 05)
• Change of mind, unused service time, or your own failure or delay in providing credentials, preferences, or resume
• Requests raised after your 30-day service period has ended — at which point the service is deemed fully delivered and consumed
• Any user found in breach of these Terms — breach forfeits all refund eligibility

Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first completing the process above is a material breach of these Terms. JobUnlockr reserves the right to contest any such dispute with full records of service delivery, these Terms, and your acceptance of them, and to permanently ban the account.

Resume Fix (₹89): Delivered instantly upon generation and therefore non-refundable once generated. If you were charged and nothing was delivered due to a technical failure on our side, report it within 7 days and we will fix or refund it.

05 /Authorization, Credentials & Assumption of Risk

By connecting your LinkedIn account and activating the bot, you grant JobUnlockr full authorization to act on your behalf inside your LinkedIn session — applying to jobs, sending connection requests, and engaging with posts per your preferences.

Every action taken by the bot is legally your action. You are the author and principal of all applications, connections, and engagements made through your account.

Where setup requires it, you agree to provide your LinkedIn password through the secure form inside our website/app. Handling of credentials is governed by our Privacy Policy. We never request passwords over email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any external channel; any such request is fraudulent and JobUnlockr bears no liability for credentials you share outside our platform.

You expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• Automated activity may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, and LinkedIn may restrict, limit, or suspend your account at any time.
• You assume this risk entirely and voluntarily. JobUnlockr has disclosed it to you here, in advance, and is not liable in any way for any action LinkedIn takes against your account.
• You are solely responsible for your preferences and for the truthfulness and accuracy of all information used in your applications.
• Disconnecting the bot ends its access; it does not entitle you to any refund outside Section 04.

If you are not comfortable with any of the above, do not activate the bot.

06 /Acceptable Use

You agree to: connect only your own LinkedIn account and upload only your own resume; provide accurate information; use the service solely for genuine personal job seeking; and never copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, abuse, spam, or overload the platform.

Violation of this section terminates your access immediately, without refund.

07 /AI Disclaimer

JobUnlockr uses AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to match jobs, tailor applications, and rewrite resume/LinkedIn content. All AI output is automated best effort, provided without warranty of accuracy, relevance, or outcome. The ATS score is an estimate, not a prediction of any employer's system or judgment. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of your resume and every piece of information used in your applications; JobUnlockr bears no responsibility for content you approve or outcomes that follow.

08 /Your Data

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy (jobunlockr.com/privacy), which you accept by using the service. In summary: credentials provided for bot setup are collected only through our in-app secure form, stored encrypted, used solely to operate your bot, and deleted within 24 hours of disconnection or end of service period; bot data exists only during your active service period; Resume Fix uploads auto-delete within 24 hours; we never sell data.

09 /Intellectual Property

All technology, software, design, branding, copy, and content of JobUnlockr is and remains our exclusive property. No rights are transferred to you except a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your paid period. Resume and LinkedIn content generated for you is yours to use for your own job search.

10 /Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance — to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

11 /Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• JobUnlockr's total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall never exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• JobUnlockr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; lost job opportunities, income, or career outcomes; LinkedIn account restrictions; or failures caused by third parties (LinkedIn, Anthropic, hosting, connectivity, or payment providers).
• Any claim must be raised in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to it, failing which it is permanently waived.

12 /Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobUnlockr, its owners, and its team from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service; (b) the credentials and information you provide; (c) any inaccurate or untruthful content in your applications; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of LinkedIn's terms or any third party's rights.

13 /Termination

Your service ends automatically at the close of your 30-day period. JobUnlockr may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for any breach of these Terms, unlawful use, use of another person's account, reverse engineering, or abuse of the service or our team.

14 /Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Process

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh — regardless of where you are located.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you must first email hello@jobunlockr.com and allow JobUnlockr 30 days to resolve the matter informally. This step is mandatory.

15 /General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in full force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. JobUnlockr may assign freely.
• Changes: We may update these Terms at any time by updating the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
